Often customers will come to us for web design before they have any print design created. This isn't a real big issue until they need to duplicate their web design into a printed product (e.g., their logo). The resolution of web graphics is much lower than the requirements for print and web graphics are in RGB, which loose quality when transitioning to a higher resolution. Obviously, the better way to go would be to first create the graphics for print (vector-based graphics), then compress them for web. The transition from print to web is much easier, faster, and less expensive than trying to go from web to print. If the graphics are not initially created for print, you could be paying for design of the same item twice.
