Hosting and Email Support - GO HERE
In our continuing effort to offer you the best support possible, we are standing up a dedicated technical support division to handle all your hosting and email technical support issues.
Note that this is not for issues concerning projects that are currently under contract for development… this is only for hosting and email support. Current projects will continue to be handled by your project manager.
Also note that this does NOT apply to your IT support. For instance, if you are having problems with your computer, Outlook, ISP, etc., we can help you with these issues, however we will ask for immediate payment via a credit card at the time of the service.
How Do I Get Help? You can reach our new technical support system several ways:
1. Go Directly to Our Support System. This is the best way to ensure your support issue is handled.
2. Call our office at 719-638-9925 – choose the technical support option.
Response Time Policy.
Our support personnel will handle all support issues on a priority basis during normal business hours from 8am – 5pm, Monday-Friday (MST). We will also respond to emergency support requests (outages) ONLY through our support ticketing system during after-business hours and on the weekends/holidays. We will respond to routine requests during after-business hours and on weekends/holidays no later than the next business day.
